What's in it for me?
From talking with our customers, we have identified that users could benefit from access to some additional information when they are using babblevoice Desktop.
These new enhancements to the user interface include:
- recent calls listed in the search dropdown with information about the time and date they occurred
- call direction, i.e. inbound or outbound, indicated next to the call duration
- 'help bubbles' available on the search bar and the mode indicator - when clicked on, these provide quick links direct to our support documents, to enable access to assistance if help is required

How do I get it?
These enhancements have all been launched and most customers will be able to see the majority of them automatically as soon as they access babblevoice Desktop.
Some customers may need to manually activate the new 'help bubbles'. These can be toggled 'on' from the configuration panel by clicking on the 'General: Configure' option in the search bar dropdown, or using the 'g+o' keyboard shortcut.
